According to the 2007 National Association of REALTORS® Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, 84% of all home buyers used the Internet as an information source.  And as Austin recently made the Forbes Magazine list of America's Most Wired Cities for 2009, it is easy to believe that for the Austin area that number is most certainly higher.

As the American Real Estate Market continues to slip due to the current recession, people will have to look for newer and more inventive ways to sell their homes.   With over 11,000 homes on the market in the Austin area currently, the time has never been better to embrace a technology that can showcase a home that is for sale better than any other online method.

In 2006 when the internet behemoth GOOGLE paid $1.65 Billion Dollars they made a very bold statement about the future of the internet and the online video revolution.

As gas prices will undoubtedly once again rise, and people become more and more environmentally aware, many will continue to look for ways to save gas, time, and most importantly, the planet. There is no better way to do all of these things when searching for a home than to search via the internet.  Providing photoshopped pictures of homes that mislead people to visit homes they would otherwise not be interested in wastes everyone's time.
